Project Background
The Wuhan Optics Valley Laser Technology Park project involves a large-scale industrial building construction with a foundation pit depth of 18 meters. The site is surrounded by densely packed buildings and complex underground utilities. Located in the urban core, the project demands the highest standards for construction safety and environmental protection. Traditional steel anchor cables pose corrosion risks and are difficult to remove later, hindering future underground space development.

Solution
After technical evaluation, the project team selected our FRP fiberglass anchor cable system. This system uses high-strength fiberglass-reinforced composite material with a tensile strength of 1000MPa or higher and excellent corrosion resistance. The anchor cables are designed with lengths ranging from 12 to 18 meters and are paired with a dedicated anchoring system to ensure effective support. Construction follows a casing-drilling process, ensuring reliable hole quality and full, dense grouting.
